City Council Greenlights Major Changes to Rental Licensing and Penalties in Brampton

Brampton City Council has recently approved significant updates to the city’s residential rental framework that will take effect January 1. Under the new measures, the Residential Rental Licensing (RRL) program will expand across the entire city, meaning more rental properties will be subject to municipal licensing requirements than in past years.
